I would have loved to give a nice review for this place, but I’ll opt for an “honest” review instead. The food was actually pretty good, but my concern is the food safety. I placed an order for multiple empanadas including one which contained seafood. All of the paper bags were marked with what they contained. Upon reaching our destination where we would dine with our takeout, it was discovered the bag marked seafood actually contained a beef empanada. Without thinking too much about it, I reached out to the store assuming they just got my order wrong. To my surprise, the only resolve was to credit me the $1 difference between the price of the empanadas. Never mind the fact that I had driven close to an hour and waited close to another to pick up the food. What I never expected was to later find the seafood empanada in a different bag that was labeled “beef”. This is a very serious problem considering the food looks identical and the only way to tell them apart is to open it or bite it. The person ordering the beef empanada has a seafood allergy and their mistake caused a reaction. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience, and even more, the lack of concern the person respo

I came here as a DoorDash delivery driver and sadly, somebody had stolen the order well, I was working it out with DoorDash the employee working was so kind, not only did they remake the order for the customer, but I was gonna purchase a drink, and the employee said that I could have it on him, we had good conversation while the food was being made and as I was about to walk out, he offered me an empanada for free, I ended up getting a second one for my brother, so I was at least paying for something. The kindness from this employee made my day! as for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I grew up in Arizona where there’s lots of different types of Hispanic food and it reminded me of being back there, definitely check this place out. Their customer service is amazing and so is their food!!

This place was absolutely AMAZING. Anyone who enjoys Latinx food, this is the place for you! The woman who took my order was very nice, and the food is so so good. I didn’t try everything, but I eventually will. The savory empanadas were all great, but the cookies and cream empanada must have been made with nectar from the gods.

I love this place! Food comes out quick, longest cook time is 10 minutes (for the beef and potato ball) I had gone here for years when I lived in parma. Now that I moved out of Ohio, Empanadas is always my first stop when I come back. The prices are amazing and the food is great! Highly recommend!

There is no street parking in front, you will need to park behind the building or on the side street. The empamada's are large with alot of filling. We had tried 4 different ones. Beef, chicken, Cuban and meat lovers. The meat lovers did have more cheese than meat. The other 3 tasted bland, no flavor. But the sweet plantains were greasy but tasted good.
